Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs deposits and withdrawals on the Alliance Global platform. Because trading involves live financial markets and real-time execution, specific conditions apply to all refund requests.

1. Deposits

All deposits made to your Alliance Global account are final once processed and credited to your account.

Alliance Global does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit fails or is declined, it will be automatically returned to your payment source within 3–5 business days.

2. Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.

Withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. Funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your payment method.

Withdrawals are returned to the original payment source to prevent money laundering.

3. Refund Requests for Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe an unauthorised transaction has occurred on your account, you must notify us immediately at support@allianceglobal.app.

We will investigate all reported unauthorised transactions within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Confirmed unauthorised transactions will be refunded in full, subject to our investigation findings.

4. Trading Losses

Trading losses are not refundable. Alliance Global cannot refund losses that result from market movements, the execution of your trading instructions, or the application of our published fee schedule.

If you believe an error occurred in the execution of your trade, please contact our support team. Each case is reviewed on its individual merits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Promotional bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Bonus funds are generally non-withdrawable until applicable trading volume requirements are met.

Alliance Global reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
