We act as a counterparty to your trades unless otherwise specified. Orders are executed at the best available price under our Best Execution Policy.

Details of our current fee schedule, including spreads, overnight funding rates, and any applicable commissions, are published on our platform and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

All content on the Alliance Global platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alliance Global Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliance Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
